Blade campaign on an end-of-life offshore wind farm
- Challenge
- 60 Vestas V80 turbines under an intensified maintenance and major-component programme. Many contractors at once, frequent scope changes, weather windows that don't wait.
- Approach
- Client-side coordination: checked RAMS, method statements, permits and offshore access for every work package before mobilisation; joined the daily ops meetings across all work streams; tracked it all in Fieldglass/SAP.

Permit-to-work discipline across a 500+ unit portfolio
- Challenge
- A large electromechanical portfolio, 20+ field engineers and contractor streams, and live, high-risk interventions every day.
- Approach
- Brought in permit-to-work and RAMS procedures and ran them consistently. Coached engineers on the procedures, and brought contractor oversight into SAP.

Weekly reporting that runs itself
- Challenge
- Weekly operational reports were compiled by hand from several sources. Slow, repetitive and error-prone.
- Approach
- Mapped where the data came from and automated collection and formatting with Power Automate, so time went to analysis instead of copy-paste.
